Flats and Old Caleb, two hounds who play jazz and blues, have many neat adventures as they travel across the country. But their mean owner, A. J. Grubbs, wants to discontinue their music-playing days--he threatens to take them back to the junkyard where they grew up. Can Flats and Old Caleb change mean old Grubbs ways?
