Stella and Arthur are a pair of married dogs who live in a comfortable house on Davenport Street. Stella and Arthur have a good but not perfect life, so when a magical fly offers the skeptical Arthur the chance to make three wishes, he does. But Arthur, who didn`t really believe the fly, makes some very silly wishes, which are made even sillier by the fly who manages to mix two of the wishes up. Illustrated with watercolor paintings.
