Twelve-year-old Dusty has a horrible fear of water. Unfortunately, he is on a cruise of the Caribbean with his family. Dusty discovers the ghost of Tahni, an Arawak Indian, in the cabin next to his. He learns that she drowned in 1511 when a hurricane capsized her ship and that ever since then her soul has been trying to return to her island home.
