Cat Delaney was one of Hollywood`s glitterati when tragedy struck. A heart transplant was the only thing that saved her life. Cat`s near death experience prompted her to move out of the limelight to San Antonio, where she begins to host a television show about children with special needs, and to start a romance with writer Alex Pierce. Everything is rosy until someone begins killing other patients who received heart transplants at the same time, and Cat begins to realize that everything and everyone around her may not be what they seem.
