Curious George and his friend The Man in the Yellow Hat arrive at a Halloween party only to discover that they are the only ones not in costume. The pair rush upstairs to the attic where they try on various costumes, but George`s curious behavior causes some trouble that makes the other party guests think the house is haunted.
