The debut feature from director Gabriel Bornstein, DECEMBER KISSES offers a glimpse into independent filmmaking in Germany. Injured fugitive Freddy is given refuge by his friend Thomas, a priest. While Thomas derails the investigations of the police, his daughter Laura tends to Freddy. Eventually the situation comes to a head, as Laura falls in love with Freddy, and Thomas grows increasingly conflicted about his friendship with Freddy and the fact that the man is a wanted criminal. DECEMBER KISSES is an austere, poetic drama that focuses on character and theme rather than dwelling on pulp crime elements.DVD Features:Region (unknown)Keep CaseFull Frame - 1.33Interactive Features: Scene Access Copyright (C) Muze Inc. 2005.
