DR. BELL AND MR. DOYLE is a whodunit taking place in 1878 that features a young Arthur Conan Doyle as one of the main protagonists. As a young student, Doyle is distracted from his studies by a the brilliant Dr. Bell, and they go on to work alongside the local police in some particularly gruesome cases.
