Little Josephine, who`s only 27 inches tall, isn`t going to grow anymore. Her conniving and greedy parents decide to make some money by exploiting her less-than-normal height, so they sell her to a freak show where she`ll be gawked at by paying passersby. After several years, she leaves for New York City, where she finds herself in yet another freak show. Everyone seems to be interested in her, but she soon realizes that only like her because people will pay money to look at her. Will Josephine find a better life?
