A group of special federal agents are on the move to dethrone international crime czar Carlos Santiago, who runs his business undercover of a Dallas strip club. Along the way, they get involved in a plot concerning a cache of Civil War gold. Director Drew Sidaris picks up the mantle from his father Andy (who produced the film), and delivers the same tongue-in-cheek mixture of blazing guns and bare breasts.
