Known primarily for grunge, good coffee, and plenty of rain, Seattle, Washington also houses the irrepressible figure of Josh Lowell. Lowell is a flamboyant transvestite with a posse of eager friends who hang on his every word. But Josh has big plans afoot--namely his huge comeback, which he and his oddball pals busily prepare for.
