Formed in 1980 by the legendary Lawrence, Felt built up a hardcore following of fans during the 1980s, culminating in a reputation that still resonates through indie-rock circles to this day. A DECLARATION features a full-length concert from 1987, filmed at the ULU in London, and includes classic tracks like Primitive Painters, and Ballad of the Band. Also included is a rare video shot by director Danny Weinstein.
