A sleazy lawyer (Michael McKean, THIS IS SPINAL TAP) is able to get his client, who is guilty of murder, acquitted by using corrupt tactics. The murder victim`s sister (Annette O`Toole) is sure of the defendant`s guilt and exacts revenge by kidnapping the murderer`s lawyer and forcing him to confess his dishonorable ways. Things turn around her, though, when she finds herself on trial for kidnapping.
