Newspaperman Sam Flint sets up shop in the tiny frontier town of Payday, Arizona where he hopes to draw in other businesspeople and make the town prosperous. But soon a band of drifters and outlaws move in, forcing a showdown between Flint and the dastardly Odie Racine.
