Seventeen-year-old Sarah Zoltane is trying hard to make friends in her new town, so when a popular boy asks her to play the role of a fortuneteller at the school fair, Sarah eagerly agrees. Sarah knows that telling fortunes is supposed to be just an act, but when she looks into the crystal ball she sees visions--things about her fellow students that she, as a newcomer in town, would never have known. When Sarah is labeled a witch by her fellow students, she begins having dreams about the Salem witch trials. Is this all a mysterious coincidence, or have the souls of witches returned to earth in Sarah`s body to seek revenge?
