Regardless of age, what defines a good leader can transcend age. In this study, Bennis and Thomas draw from interviews with several leading business executives to find out what the geeks, aged 21-34, and geezers, aged 70-82, have in common when it comes to motivating others and guiding an enterprise. GEEKS AND GEEZERS provides short histories that not only illustrate these traits in action but also suggest how they were learned in the first place.
