Written by Power Yoga inventor Baron Baptiste, this book has been a source of inspiration for yoga enthusiasts who prefer to kick their routine up a few notches. The 54 Vinyasa yoga moves described here are more vigorous and require students to push past their own limits, but Baptiste in no way glosses over the bigger spiritual concepts that encourage a healthier, more centered mind. The yoga poses and instructional color photos are actually only a small part of an overall discussion, which includes a cleansing diet (which not all yoga books include), meditation, and additional resources for continued study.
