A streetwise detective is obsessed with bringing down the drug dealer who killed his partner. He soon discovers that the weasel is protected by the mob and his department appears untrustworthy. With the help of an unlikely ally, he forges ahead finding himself in a deadly drug-war triangle between the street, the mob and the police force.
