An evil woman uses all the means in her power, including magical ones, to spread chaos and misery during her quest for power in LA DUQUESA DIABOLICA. This costume drama takes place during the Spanish colonization of Mexico. The beautiful yet wicked woman is condemned to death for crimes committed during her grasp for wealth and influence, but a magic potion obtained from a witch doctor makes it appear as if she's already dead. Later, she returns in the guise of her twin sister from Spain, and resumes her machinations by pitting a father and son against one another for her love.
