Kaoru Mikoshiba is a former tennis star who becomes Lady Battle Cop, a human/cyborg hybrid, after a run-in with a group of criminals known as Team Phantom. Dedicated to fighting crime, Mikoshiba is charged with bringing a psychotic killer with telekinetic powers capable of destroying Tokyo. Unleashed by a band of terrorists, Lady Battle Cop must stop him before Tokyo is reduced to rubble by his psychic powers.
