Louie wishes for a father and so he dresses himself in an outrageous outfit and tours the neighborhood trying to attract the attention of potential dads. When he notices that a music box has fallen off a truck, he picks it up, intending to return it to the driver. However, the driver accuses Louie of stealing the music box. The man insists on accompanying Louie home and reporting the crime to his mother. Will Louie and his mother be able to convince the man that Louie is not a thief?
