One of the most well-known actors of his generation, Michael J. Fox first came to prominence with his seven-year stint as Alex Keaton on the popular TV show FAMILY TIES. In what would have been the middle of a successful career in both film and television, he was diagnosed with Parkinson`s Disease, a condition that eventually led to his retirement from in front of the cameras (though he continued to contribute his voice to a number of successful animated films). In this memoir, he recounts his life and career, his battle with alcohol, and, of course, his ongoing struggle with Parkinson`s.
