When Mr. Quimby loses his job, everyone is down in the dumps. Even Picky-Picky, the family cat, won`t eat his food. Ramona feels that a girl in second grade ought to be able to get her family smiling again, and tries her hardest to cheer everyone up. But everything she does seems to cause nothing but trouble.
