David Page and Barbara Shinn are the proprietors and chefs at the New York City restaurant called Home. Based on their belief that American cooking should use local, seasonal products, these 250 recipes include Grilled Blue Cheese and Apple Sandwiches, Shrimp and Hominy Stew, Spring Mushroom and Sweet Pea Hash, Sunflower Seed Pesto, and Apricot Ketchup. Nominated for a 2002 James Beard Award.
