Ming Ming is a young mentally challenged woman who has just been admitted to an assisted living facility. Meanwhile, the nearby community is being plagued by a series of rapes committed by an unhinged madman who is provoked whenever he sees the color red. Ming Ming finds out--when she wears red--that the killer and Chan, the head doctor in her facility, is one and the same!
