Nickelodeon`s team of tots hits the Vegas Strip in their first feature-length cartoon adventure. Tommy, Chuckie, twins Phil and Lil, and Angelica sample the tamer offerings of the desert Babylon--buffet meals, lounge crooners, and Viking ships--but find themselves in real trouble after liberating the tigers from an animal tamer`s act.
