Nickelodeon's spinoff of the hugely popular RUGRATS series continues with two more episodes dealing with the pangs of growing up. In Lucky 13, pre-teens Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, and Lil actually help Angelica (gasp!) when a bratty rival threatens her 13th birthday party.
