A popular Anime title, this is the second volume of episodes from SOAR HIGH ISAMI. Following the adventures of schoolgirl Isami Hanaoka, the tales are sparked by a pile of weapons she and her friends find in her basement, left there by her ancestors so she may continue the fight against the dastardly Kurotengu corporation. In the first episode, Isami's pal Toshi looks after the house, only for his father to become embroiled in a secret weapons plan. The second episode sees the friends attempting to uncover the secrets of the Kuro-Tengu Party.
