Exploding out of Southern California in the early 1980s, punk band Social Distortion added a unique twist to their music, helping them stand out from the unwashed masses who were picking up guitars and learning a few chords. That twist was taken from the previously unchartered punk territories of--shriek!--country and western music. But when singer Mike Ness and cohorts took to the stage, all prejudices against the genre were forgotten, and audiences were soon swelling in size as the group layed down their inimitable tunes at shows across the country. This particular concert comes from 2003, recorded in Orange County on January 13th.DVD Features:Region (unknown)Keep CaseFull Frame - 1.33 Copyright (C) Muze Inc. 2005. For personal use only.
