Viewers looking for an intense step aerobics exercise need look no further than STEP THIS WAY V. 2 WITH KRISTIN KAGEN. Kagen jumps right into her routine, and doesn't let up for nearly an hour, with numerous changes in motion and tempo. Although the motions are not explained in detail, they can be easily seen from watching the instructor and are mostly movements common to step techniques. The challenge is maintaining Kagen's pace and motions for the entire length of the workout, which would be difficult for viewers who are not already exercising on a routine basis.
