Ruff Ryder recording artist Sean Cross stars in this, his second dramatic feature, as a street vigilante who is bent on justice. UNDERGROUND P.D. paints a picture of urban street life from the viewpoint of a young man who gets tired of seeing his `hood get taken over by violent felons. Although detectives are on the case, they are no match for the vengeful stranger.
