Mexican comedy legend German Valdez (aka Tin Tan) stars in the wacky south-of-the-border romp VAGABUNDO Y MILLONARIO. Having just been dumped by his girlfriend, the poverty-stricken Tony (Valdez) is forced by the police to assume the identity of a kidnapped millionaire. But Tony's lowbrow manners soon give him away and he too is kidnapped, resulting in comic hilarity as the criminals themselves become confused by the two men's physical resemblance.
