The Wasauna steam shower started out as a great concept. But, what a headache when it arrived! Instructions are not intuitive (made in China)and the quality assurance left a lot to be desired. The worst part of the whole experience is dealing with Wasauna. The technical support group is not very supportive; phone calls not returned, emails not responded to, etc. I also bought a tub and toilet from them so my troubles were tripled. As I write this, I am still waiting for parts for my tub and steam shower that I requested MONTHS ago. Two of the body jets in the shower blew off like projectiles under initial water pressure. The drain assembly in the tub and shower are not adequate for the volume of water. I reconfigured both at my own expense. A word to the wise. If you cannot go to the showroom and physically see what you are buying, then "buyer beware" if ordering via the internet.

Amen Rob. I too had countless problems with Wasauna. It took 3 months to deliver the shower. The electrical requirments requested were not suitable for a US install. The tech support group was not very support, phone calls were not returned, emails were not responded to ... I experienced 100% of what you did. I had similar design flaws that had to be repaired at my expense. To top it all off, neither the BBB nor Consumer Affairs seem to think this company has done anything wrong ... spread the word ... do not purchase product from this company or you will be fighting it for years with no resolution.

THE AMOUNT OF HAPPINESS THAT YOU EXPERIENCR WHEN DEALING WITH THESE GUYS REALLY DEPENDS UPON YOUR EXPECTATIONS.IF YOU ORDER TIOLETS AND EXPECT TO USE ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE LIGHTWEIGHT PLASTIC (NO WONDER YHEY CLOSE WITHOUT A SOUND) TOILET SEATS, YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED. ONE OF THE TOILETS WOULD HAVE TO BE PULLED FROM THE WALL IN THE EXTREMELY UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU FIND A TOILET SEAT IN THE FREE WORLD THAT FITS THROUGH THE HOLES. AS FOR THE STEAM SHOWER (IN MY CASE THE PHILADELPHIA) ,WORKS FINE SO FAR BUT IF YOU EXPECT AN OWNERS MANUEL THAT MAKES SENSE AND PERTAINS TO YOUR PARTICULAR MODEL, YOU WILL PROBABLY BE VERY SAD. AFTER THREE WEEKS OF OPERATING THE METAL BAR THAT HOLDS BACK THE TOILEIRIES IS ALEADY RUSTING IN SIX PLACES. IF YOU ENJOY GLIB BUT UNSYMPATHIC RESPONSES FROM THE SALESMAN AND MANAGER THEN YOU ARE REALLY GOING TO LIKE THESE GUYS. YOUR ONLY HOPE IS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE OWNER, BUT IF YOU EXPECT THAT TO BE EASY--YOU WILL PROBABLY BE DISSAPOINTED.
