It`s Halloween, the night of the All Hallow`s Eve Ghastly Gala A-Go-Go, and the witch is running late. She is racing to the supermarket on her broom for the final ingredients to make cider when, yikes, she nearly collides with a news helicopter and crash-lands into a Dumpster.
