Chico`s name may translate as boy, but he learns a lot about being a man when things get loco in the barrio. Trying to earn money, Chico turns to the drug game. Getting involved with lifelong criminals, he soon discovers how destructive their methods can be. A hit man kills Chico`s cousin and his wife causing this rookie dealer to finish a bloody street war he didn`t start.
